CRM guides

Triostack CRM organizes leads, deals, and customer conversations into a single pipeline. This guide covers the core setup: configuring your pipeline, importing contacts, and connecting CRM to the rest of the suite.

1. Configure your pipeline stages

From CRM → Settings → Pipeline, define the stages deals move through (e.g. New Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Won). Stages are fully custom per team — Sales and Renewals teams can run different pipelines within the same workspace.

2. Capture leads from any source

Leads can be created manually, imported via CSV, or captured automatically through a connected web form. Each lead carries a source field so reporting can show which channels are actually converting.

3. Track activity automatically

Connect your email and calendar under CRM → Settings → Integrations so calls, meetings, and emails log against the right deal or contact without manual entry. This is what keeps the deal timeline accurate without reps having to remember to write things down.

4. Set up sales forecasting

Forecast views under CRM → Reports project revenue by pipeline stage and expected close date. Because stage-to-close-rate data comes from your own historical deals, the forecast becomes more accurate the longer the team runs its pipeline through CRM.

5. Automate follow-ups

Task automation rules (CRM → Settings → Automation) can schedule a follow-up task whenever a deal sits without activity for a set number of days, so opportunities don't go cold silently.
