1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes acceptable and prohibited uses of TriostackOne and its available applications. It is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Terms of Service. Violations may result in enforcement action as described in Section 7.
2. Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to Customers and Users, and to anyone else who accesses or uses TriostackOne, however that access occurs (including through the web application, mobile app, or API).
3. Prohibited Activities
Without limiting the general application of this policy, you must not use the Services to:
- engage in or facilitate any illegal activity, or violate any applicable law or regulation;
- engage in fraud, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network, including through credential theft;
- upload, transmit, or distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code;
- abuse APIs or interfaces provided by Triostack, including in a way inconsistent with published usage limits;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or any connected systems;
- conduct security testing (including scanning or penetration testing) against the Services without prior written authorization from Triostack — see Security, Section 17;
- harass, threaten, or abuse any person, or engage in impersonation;
- collect or process personal data unlawfully, including through unauthorized scraping;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or phishing messages — see the Anti-Spam Policy;
- infringe the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party — see the IPR Complaints Policy;
- upload, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms of the Services; or
- generate excessive, automated, or abnormal traffic against the Services in a manner that degrades performance for other Customers.
4. API and Automated Use
Where Triostack makes an API available, it must be used in accordance with the applicable API Documentation and any published rate limits. Automated or bulk use of the Services beyond what published limits and Documentation permit may be treated as a violation of this policy.
5. Free Trials and Account Abuse
Trial accounts are intended for genuine evaluation of the Services by a single organization. Creating multiple trial accounts to extend evaluation access beyond what is offered, or to circumvent plan limits, is a violation of this policy.
6. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations of this policy can be reported using the details in Abuse Policy or Legal Contact.
7. Enforcement and Suspension
Triostack may investigate suspected violations of this policy and take proportionate action, which may include removing content, restricting features, suspending an account, or terminating a Subscription, as described in Terms of Service, Section 14. Where practicable, Triostack will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before taking action.
8. Appeals and Contact
A Customer that believes enforcement action was taken in error may contact info@triostack.in or use Legal Contact to request review.
