1. Purpose
This Abuse Policy explains what Triostack considers abuse of TriostackOne, how to report it, and how reports are investigated and handled. It works alongside the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. What Constitutes Abuse
Abuse includes any use of TriostackOne that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, such as unauthorized access attempts, malicious traffic, harassment, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or infrastructure abuse. It also includes attempts to use the Services to cause harm to third parties or their systems.
3. Reporting Abuse
Suspected abuse can be reported to info@triostack.in. A report should include, where available, the account or content involved, a description of the abusive activity, relevant dates and times, and any supporting evidence such as message headers or screenshots.
4. Investigation Process
Triostack reviews abuse reports and may request additional information from the reporter or the account holder. Investigations are handled in good faith and with an aim toward proportionate outcomes, but Triostack does not commit to a specific investigation timeline for every report.
5. Temporary Restrictions and Suspension
Where reasonably necessary to prevent ongoing harm while an investigation is underway, Triostack may apply temporary restrictions to an account, such as limiting specific features, before a full investigation concludes. Confirmed violations may result in suspension or termination as described in Terms of Service, Section 14.
7. Consequences
Consequences for confirmed abuse may include, depending on severity:
- a warning and request to remedy the issue;
- temporary restriction of specific features or access;
- suspension of the account pending resolution; or
- termination of the Subscription for serious or repeated violations.
