Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid Subscriptions to TriostackOne and its available applications, and supplement the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service on a billing-related matter, these Subscription Terms control.

TriostackOne is offered under one or more Subscription plans, described on the applicable pricing page or Order Form. Plans may differ in included applications, feature limits, number of Users, and support level. A Customer selects a plan at signup and may change plans as described in Section 5.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on the billing cycle selected at signup (for example, monthly or annually), using the payment method on file. The Customer authorizes Triostack or its payment processor to charge that payment method for all fees due, including applicable taxes.

Unless cancelled in accordance with Refund & Cancellation Policy, a Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle for a further period of the same length, at the then-current pricing for the plan, unless the Customer has selected a different renewal option available for that plan.

A Customer may upgrade its Subscription at any time, with the change generally taking effect immediately and billed on a prorated basis for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades generally take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and may result in loss of access to features or data limits associated with the higher plan.

A Customer may cancel a Subscription at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which also describes refund eligibility for different plan types.

Subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and levies (including goods and services tax, where applicable) unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.

Triostack may update these Subscription Terms from time to time in accordance with Terms of Service, Section 19.
