Trademark Policy

This Trademark Policy provides guidelines for referencing Triostack's and TriostackOne's names, logos, and marks, and explains what uses require prior written permission.

"Triostack," "TriostackOne," and associated names, logos, and marks may be trademarks or service marks of Triostack Technologies Private Limited. Other product and application names referenced on this website may be trademarks of their respective owners.

You may generally refer to Triostack and TriostackOne by name in factual, non-misleading contexts, such as:

• accurately describing that your organization is a Customer or User of TriostackOne;
• linking to the TriostackOne website; and
• news, commentary, or educational references that do not imply endorsement or affiliation you do not have.

Without Triostack's prior written permission, you must not:

• use Triostack's or TriostackOne's name, logo, or marks in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist;
• modify, distort, or combine Triostack's logo or marks with other graphics, text, or marks;
• use a mark confusingly similar to a Triostack mark for a competing product or service; or
• use Triostack's marks in a domain name, social media handle, or business name.

Partners and Customers referencing Triostack in case studies, co-marketing materials, or partner listings should use accurate, current names and obtain Triostack's approval for use of its logo, in accordance with any applicable partner or customer agreement.

Registering a domain name, subdomain, or social media handle that incorporates a Triostack mark, or a confusingly similar variation, without authorization is not permitted and may be reported as described in Section 7 or under the IPR Complaints Policy.
