Website guides
Triostack Website lets you build landing pages and full marketing sites without a developer, and sends every form submission straight into your CRM pipeline — so marketing and sales work from the same lead the moment it arrives.
The Free plan includes 1 site with up to 5 pages and the basic drag-and-drop editor. Starter adds form-to-CRM automation, up to 3 sites, and unlimited pages; Business adds custom domains with hosting and SSL, on-page SEO controls, analytics, and unlimited sites.
Before you start
- Your logo, brand colors, and the copy and images for your first page.
- A Triostack CRM workspace if you want form submissions to become leads.
- For a custom domain: a domain you own and access to its DNS settings.
1. Plan your pages
Decide what each page is for before you build it — a campaign landing page has one goal (usually a form), while a company site needs clear navigation between a few core pages. On the Free plan you have up to 5 pages; Starter and above give unlimited pages.
2. Build with the drag-and-drop editor
Build pages visually from reusable sections and components, then edit text and images in place. Reusing the same sections across pages keeps your site consistent and makes later updates faster — change it once and you know every page looks the same.
3. Send form submissions to CRM
On Starter and above, add a form and route its submissions into the right CRM pipeline. Each submission becomes a CRM lead instantly — no webhook or third-party connector to configure. The same works for gated content: downloads and sign-ups become tracked leads.
4. Connect a custom domain
On Business and above, publish on your own domain with hosting and SSL handled for you. Add the DNS records shown during setup at your domain registrar; the site goes live on your domain once they're verified.
5. Set up on-page SEO
On Business and above, set each page's title and metadata, and manage redirects, without touching code. Redirects matter most when you rebuild an existing site — they send visitors and search engines from old URLs to the new pages.
6. Add live chat and help
Connect Triostack Desk to add a live chat and help widget to any page. Conversations arrive in the Desk queue alongside email and WhatsApp tickets.
7. Track what's working
On Business and above, site analytics show visits, conversions, and top-performing pages in one dashboard — so you can see which campaign pages actually produce leads and which need work.
Best practices
- Give each landing page one call to action. Pages that ask visitors to do one thing convert better than pages that offer five.
- Keep forms short — ask only for what sales needs for the first conversation.
- Submit a test form after publishing and confirm the lead arrives in CRM with the right source.
- Write a unique title and meta description for every page; duplicate titles make pages compete with each other in search.
